General Policies

  • Service will not be provided to anyone under the age of 21 or to individuals who are visibly intoxicated.

  • The bartender reserves the right to cease alcohol service at any time if safety becomes a concern.

  • Love On Tap is not liable for any damage to the venue or property caused by guests.

  • All events must be private and not open to the general public.

  • If the actual guest count exceeds the number booked, additional service charges may apply.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your event date.

  • Final payment is due no later than 14 days prior to the event.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Provide all alcohol for the event.

  • Ensure all required permits and venue approvals for alcohol service are obtained.

  • Provide a safe and suitable workspace for bartending services.

  • Supply appropriate trash receptacles for the event.

  • Communicate all relevant venue rules, access times, and restrictions in advance.

With the client’s consent, Love On Tap may take or post photos of the event for marketing purposes.

Rescheduling Policy

  • 30+ Days Notice: Complimentary reschedule, based on availability.

  • Less Than 30 Days Notice: $75 rescheduling fee will apply.

  • 14 Days or Less: Treated as a cancellation. Rebooking will require a new deposit and is subject to availability.

  • Emergency Exceptions: In the case of severe illness, natural disaster, or venue-related issues, Love On Tap may offer a credit or reschedule option without penalty. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

  • More Than 30 Days Before Event: Full refund, minus deposit.

  • More Than 14 Days Before Event: 50% refund of total payment (excluding deposit).

  • 14 Days or Less: No refund will be issued, except in cases of emergency with provided documentation.

  • Please Note:

    All deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Additional Terms

  • Late Payment: Final payment is due 14 days before the event. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.

  • Client Responsibility for Damages: The client is responsible for any damages to Love On Tap’s equipment caused by event guests.

  • No-Show Policy: If the client or designated event contact is not present within 60 minutes of the scheduled start time and cannot be reached, the event will be considered canceled with no refund issued.
